AI usage, prepaid usage and top-ups
AI usage is the dollar amount of AI your plan includes each month. Each task draws on it based on its size and the model you choose: quick answers cost cents, deep multi-step work costs more. Your allowance resets on the 1st of each month and does not roll over.
AI usage is measured in Australian dollars at Agentive’s published usage rates. These are Agentive’s prices for AI work on your AI Employee, shown per task in your Usage and Costs dashboard; they are not a pass-through of any third-party cost.
One person
Typically covers one person handing over daily admin: email triage and drafting, bookkeeping and reconciliations, and a few reports each week.

Typically covers a small team using their AI Employee through the day, plus scheduled tasks running in the background each morning.

What is a skill set?
A skill set is a preconfigured bundle of skills for one role, such as Accounting, Bookkeeping or Business Executive Assistant. Your AI Employee arrives already trained for that role, connected to the relevant tools. Core skills for documents, email and reports are included in every plan.
What is AI usage?
AI usage is the dollar amount of AI your plan includes each month. Under the hood, every task your AI Employee runs consumes AI model tokens, and we meter those in Australian dollars so you never have to think in tokens. AI usage is measured in Australian dollars at Agentive’s published usage rates. These are Agentive’s prices for AI work on your AI Employee, shown per task in your Usage and Costs dashboard; they are not a pass-through of any third-party cost. Quick answers cost cents; deep multi-step work costs more.
What happens when I use up my monthly AI usage?
Nothing dramatic. Your AI Employee first uses the monthly allowance included in your plan. Once that is used, it draws on any prepaid AI usage in your balance. After that, usage is metered at the same published rates you see in the dashboard, added to your monthly bill: there is no penalty rate. Every plan ships with a default spend limit of 200% of the allowance, and you can raise or lower it in the portal. If you reach the limit, new tasks pause until you raise it, buy prepaid AI usage or turn on auto top-up.
What is prepaid AI usage and does it expire?
Prepaid AI usage is bought in packs that sit in your AI usage balance and are used after your monthly allowance. The balance carries forward month to month for as long as you are subscribed, so you never lose what you have bought while you are with us. Prepaid AI usage is non-refundable and has no cash value, and any unused AI usage balance is forfeited 90 days after your subscription ends. AI usage is measured in Australian dollars at Agentive’s published usage rates. These are Agentive’s prices for AI work on your AI Employee, shown per task in your Usage and Costs dashboard; they are not a pass-through of any third-party cost.
What is an add-on and can I cancel it?
An add-on is an optional feature you attach to your plan, such as an extra user, Scheduled Tasks, the Planner, Memory Reflection, an extra skill set or extra client capacity. It is added to your monthly bill and pro-rated for the first month. You can remove an add-on at any time; it stays active until the end of the current billing period and then ends.
Will my price go up?
Plans are month to month with no lock-in contract. If we change a plan price, we give at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then if you do not want to continue. Custom plans are priced under their own agreement.
Where is my AI Employee deployed?
On a dedicated, single-tenant AWS server in Australia. Your server is never shared with another customer and your data stays in Australia, protected under Australian privacy law. Other regions are available on Custom.
How do I access my AI Employee?
Through a secure web interface on desktop and through the MyAgentive mobile app, where you can talk to your AI Employee or type. Both stay in sync, so you can start a task at your desk and finish it from your phone.
How many people can use one AI Employee?
Solo is built for 1 user. Team supports up to 5 users and Business up to 10. Need more? Add extra users as an add-on at A$100 per user per month: up to 3 users in total on Solo, 10 on Team and 25 on Business. Beyond that, Custom supports up to 100 users. Every user gets their own login and their own credential scope on the same AI Employee.
What about my data privacy?
Your AI Employee runs on a dedicated server that only your business can access. Credentials live in an encrypted vault, your data is never used to train AI models, and we never share infrastructure between customers.
What is the Ultra model?
Ultra is the most advanced AI tier we offer, for the hardest work. Ultra is available on the Custom plan as an add-on at A$200 per month, with AI usage on Ultra metered at Ultra rates. It is not available on Solo, Team or Business. Every plan includes a choice of model tiers, so you can still match speed and depth to each task.
What does the Planner do?
The Planner, included in Business and Custom and available as an add-on on Team, gives your firm one prioritised work queue. It brings the work hiding in inboxes and connected systems into a single view, ranks it by priority and due date, and allocates each task to the right staff member, who can then complete it with the AI Employee’s help. Every action is logged with a full audit trail.
Can I change or add skill sets later?
Yes. You can swap a skill set or upgrade to a higher plan at any time; changes take effect from your next billing cycle. Need another skill set without changing plan? Add one for A$100 per month with the extra skill set add-on. Custom skills can be built with the Skill Creator on every plan, or by our team on Custom.
Can I sell my skills?
Yes. Selling skills on the Agentive Skills Marketplace is open to every plan as early access, and every submitted skill is reviewed by Agentive before it is listed. Buying from the Marketplace is available to everyone through app.myagentive.ai.
Do your prices include GST?
No. Every price on this page is in Australian dollars and excludes GST. Australian customers are charged 10% GST on top, so Solo at A$500 is A$550 in total, Team at A$1,000 is A$1,100 and Business at A$2,000 is A$2,200. Included AI usage allowances, add-ons and prepaid AI usage packs are quoted excluding GST as well. You receive a tax invoice each month, so if you are registered for GST you can claim the GST back.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and your server will be decommissioned at the end of your billing period.
Do I need a Claude subscription?
No. AI usage is included in your subscription; Agentive manages the AI infrastructure for you. You do not need a separate Claude or ChatGPT subscription.
