What is a skill set?
A skill set is a preconfigured bundle of skills for one role, such as Accounting, Bookkeeping or Business Executive Assistant. Your AI Employee arrives already trained for that role, connected to the relevant tools. Core skills for documents, email and reports are included in every plan.
What happens when I use my monthly AI tokens?
You can watch usage in real time in the Usage & Costs dashboard, down to the cost of each task. When you reach your monthly cap your AI Employee pauses, so there are never surprise bills. You can add a token top-up or upgrade your plan at any time.
Where is my AI Employee deployed?
On a dedicated, single-tenant AWS server in Australia. Your server is never shared with another customer and your data stays in Australia, protected under Australian privacy law. Other regions are available on Enterprise plans.
How do I access my AI Employee?
Through a secure web interface on desktop and mobile, and through Telegram. All channels stay in sync, so you can start a task at your desk and finish it from your phone. WhatsApp is available as a business integration for messaging your customers.
What about my data privacy?
Your AI Employee runs on a dedicated server that only your business can access. Credentials live in an encrypted vault, your data is never used to train AI models, and we never share infrastructure between customers.
What is the Ultra model?
Tier 3 and Enterprise plans can run the hardest work on Claude Fable, Anthropic’s most advanced model tier. Every plan includes a choice of Claude models, so you can match speed and depth to each task.
What does the Planner do?
The Planner, included in Tier 3, gives your firm one prioritised work queue. It brings the work hiding in inboxes and connected systems into a single view, ranks it by priority and due date, and allocates each task to the right staff member, who can then complete it with the AI Employee’s help. Every action is logged with a full audit trail.
Can I change or add skill sets later?
Yes. You can swap a skill set or upgrade to a higher tier at any time; changes take effect from your next billing cycle. Custom skills can be built with the Skill Creator on Tier 2 and above, or by our team on Enterprise plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and your server will be decommissioned at the end of your billing period.
Do I need a Claude subscription?
No. AI tokens are included in your subscription and everything runs on Agentive’s infrastructure. You do not need a separate Claude or ChatGPT subscription.
